All applications accepted online at www.mikezteam.com. Listing office writes lease. There is a $40 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved. Additionally there is a $50 broker registration fee. This property has a 2 part approval process. The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc. Secondly this property is located in a restricted COA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the COA prior to commencement of a lease. It is the tenants sole responsibility to hand in any and all applicable COA paperwork to the COA and to give evidence of approval. Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process the COA paperwork. There is a $150 Bay Shore Place Application fee.
